Kevin Nikkhoo is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and cybersecurity
innovator with more than 40 years of experience in information technology,
cybersecurity, cloud services, and business leadership. As the Founder and CEO of
XeneX SOC, Kevin leads the company's mission to transform cybersecurity operations
through AI-powered Security Operations Center (SOC) services, autonomous threat
detection and response, and next-generation managed security solutions.
Throughout his distinguished career, Kevin has successfully founded, scaled, and led
multiple technology companies, consistently driving innovation, growth, and market
leadership. His unique combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and
entrepreneurial leadership has enabled organizations across a wide range of industries
to leverage technology as a competitive advantage while strengthening their
cybersecurity posture.
Earlier in his career, he served as the leader of successful technology firms including
Vertex Systems and Crescent Enterprises, and as Managing Director of Sino-
Century Ventures, where he advised and supported technology-focused business
initiatives and investments. He has also represented clients and organizations through
key international technology and business development engagements.
Kevin is widely recognized within the technology industry for his visionary leadership,
innovation, and commitment to helping organizations navigate an increasingly complex
digital landscape. He has been named a finalist for the prestigious Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur of the Year Award on two occasions and has received multiple
Microsoft Partner of the Year and Oracle Partner of the Year recognitions throughout
his career. In addition, he is a co-author of several technical publications focused on
Microsoft Windows and enterprise computing systems.
Today, Kevin is a respected thought leader in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud
computing, and digital transformation. He frequently advises executives, educational
institutions, healthcare organizations, and managed service providers on cybersecurity
strategy, risk management, compliance, and emerging technologies. Under his
leadership, XeneX SOC has become a recognized innovator in AI-driven cybersecurity
operations, delivering advanced threat detection, autonomous response capabilities,
and comprehensive cyber resilience solutions to organizations worldwide.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from McGill
University, a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from California State
University, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California
(USC) with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy.
